With an Remarkable 56-year history of academic excellence, Mavalli Education Society has become one of the most respected educational institution in Bangalore south. We take pride in sharing our origin story. In 1968, our first managing committee of the MES consists of the following members,

5) Janab H. Rehman Khan -- Joint Secretary

Mavalli Education Society - nursery school was started with a modest enrolment. However, committee members passion for providing quality education to poor and underprivileged children who could not afford to pay exorbitant fees in the English convents cherished. There were 18 founder members consisting of Educationist, Businessman, Philanthropist and persons of other walks of life. Initially, there was no proper infrastructure. However, permission to start nursery school was obtained from education department Vide No. E14(A) 73299PSN 257/69-70 Dated:05-05-1970 by the office of Director of Public Instructions Mysore. The founders also thought to start a primary school in the same vicinity. The society got permission and recognition to start primary classes in the year 1970-71 vide no. E14(A)72299-PSN-257/69-70 Dated:20/07/1970. The primary school sections reached VII standard on natural growth. As per the order by the office of additional firector of Public education vide no E14(a)6798-REC-29(a)/76/77 dated : 11/04/1977. The natural growth of the institution was inevitable, in the year 1992 MES high school was started after taking necessary approvals.

Distinguished national leaders including the Governor of Karnataka Shri. Vajubhai Vala, Shri. B.S Yediyurappa (Former Chief Minister, Karnataka), Shri. Ramalinga Reddy (Minister Karnataka Legislative Assembly), Shri. K Rahman Khan (Former Union Minister of Minority Affairs, Govt of India), Shri. D udaya b Garudachar (member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly) and Shri. Abdul Azeem (Ex MLC, Chairman Karnataka State Minorities Commission), and have given their appreciation and word of satisfaction on the remarkable service given to the society by the Managing committee, Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching staff of Mavalli Education Society. The Mavalli Education Society is committed to bringing out the best in every student by imparting a strong educational foundation. Given the dynamic and global nature of education in the 21st century, we are constantly working hard and reinventing ourselves with the ultimate goal of creating exceptional and enriching student experiences.
